The story so far
Based in Honolulu, Hawaii aka I wake up way too early for standups.
I've never been great at staying in one lane. Illustration, 2D animation, 3D, motion design, front-end code, creative direction, branding, global marketing...I've had my hands in all of it. I'm unsure if that qualifies me as a generalist, but I'm definitely eclectic and love to explore.
What gets me out of bed is fairly simple: I want to make things that make people feel something. Delight, surprise, a little bit of joy. I love doing things that inspire people. If someone uses something I made and it brings a smile or makes their day a little easier, that's a win.
And when I'm not designing, I'm watching Arsenal with my daughter...a shared exercise in hope and heartbreak (plz win something this year Gunners I'm begging you.) I'm also training for the 2026 Honolulu Marathon, so if you have any marathon day running shoe suggestions I'm all ears. Mahalo and aloha!
